Prior to his current position (Telecom Practice Leader), he worked at several major international consulting firms, providing comprehensive support for corporate strategy development in the telecommunications and high-tech industries, including Services strategy, new Services development, customer experience improvement, and productivity improvement measures.
At a telecommunications company, he primarily worked on global Services development, including overseas data center expansion and subsidiary performance improvement. He was stationed in Beijing, China for two years, where he developed the Chinese data center market.
He also writes TLs for future design for telecommunications companies and has expertise in smart cities, tourism, MICE, and IR.
