After graduating from Waseda University, he joined a financial institution and then worked for a Big 4 (audit firm-affiliated advisory firm) and a foreign-affiliated general consulting firm, where he has approximately 30 years of management and strategy consulting experience. He previously served as the head of corporate planning at Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime and at a US-listed strategic consulting firm before assuming his current position.
His experience includes Services strategy formulation, startup new Services support, M&A support, due diligence, post-merger integration (PMI), organizational restructuring, Services revitalization, takeover defense, global outsourcing, information systems design and development implementation, and economic and financial analysis in India. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago (Booth).
