After graduating from the School of Science and Engineering at Waseda University, he joined Mitsubishi UFJ Bank/FG and PwC Consulting before joining our company. After working for over 20 years in Services planning and regulatory compliance in the bank’s Risk Management Department, Loan Planning Department, Planning Division Chairman’s Office, CPM Department, Compliance Management Department, and Market Sales Department, he moved to consulting for financial institutions. His areas of expertise include capital adequacy regulations in banking/securities, general risk management, market operations, global financial regulations, governance structures, and money laundering. He has extensive experience in negotiations with domestic and overseas financial authorities.
He completed an MBA at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy and a Darden Executive MBA at the University of Virginia.
