Common Requirements

Selection process

  1. Document screening

    Taking into account your experience and preferences, we will consider the Services/practice for which you are eligible for selection, and then the MD and the president will evaluate your application to determine whether or not you can be selected for an interview.

  2. First interview(MD interview)

    An online interview will be conducted with the MD in charge of the selected Services/practice, as determined by the document screening, to evaluate experience/skills (multiple interviews will be conducted as necessary).

  3. Final interview(interview with the president)

    The final selection process involves an interview with the president to assess position/culture fit and skills.

  4. Additional interviews(if necessary)

    If necessary, interview with other practices and on-site members, and a second interview with the MD of the practice to be hired, to mutually determine the final position.

  5. Job offer

    Based on the content of previous interviews and the applicant’s wishes, we will present the conditions and discuss expectations upon joining the company during the interview.

FAQ

What level of English proficiency and industry experience is required?

English proficiency is not required, but there are times when Services-level English is required.
Specialist knowledge of a specific industry (finance, technology, healthcare, etc.) is also generally preferred.

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Yes, you can apply for multiple positions at the same time.
In addition, through casual interviews and selection procedures, we may propose and guide you to positions that are best suited to your previous experience and aspirations.

How much importance is placed on farm experience?

For mid-career hires, your specific project achievements and expertise will be highly valued as you will be an “immediate asset.” Knowledge of a specific industry or topic will also be an advantage.

Are there case interviews or logical reasoning tests?

Depending on the position you are applying for and your background, some selection processes may involve case-based questions or interviews to assess your logical thinking.
For junior positions in particular, we may ask you to demonstrate a structured thought process, but this is not required for all selection processes.

Are there any support or training systems in place after changing jobs?

After joining the company, we support rapid, practical growth through on-the-job training centered on actual projects.
We also provide an environment where senior employees can provide follow-up support as needed, and advice on document creation and organizing your thoughts is always available.
