Aiming to speed up Services cycles through the synergy of consulting and innovation

― What do you think are the advantages of the INTLOOP Strategy Services?

I currently have two main responsibilities. One is IT consulting, and the other is creating new Serviceses and services in the innovation Services.

Our advantage in consulting is that INTLOOP itself has a network of over 490 million freelance consultants. Even well-known consulting firms are said to have a maximum of 8,000 to 9,000 people, so we are far larger than the major firms. From this network, we select the best talent for each project and form a team. Some of our freelancers come from strategic consulting firms, so we can support you with a team combining strategy and systems backgrounds. Even for projects that would be abandoned at a typical firm due to organizational barriers, we can propose them with a “let’s give it a try” mentality.

Freelancers also play a major role in the innovation Services. With so many consultants, we can cover a wide range of fields and have a wide network. I believe that by leveraging this network, we can create new Serviceses that have never been seen before.

― How do you envision INTLOOP Strategy’s future growth?

The number of consultants registering is increasing at a rate of several hundred per month, and we expect to be able to expand our Services even further in the future. Meanwhile, from an innovation perspective, we are currently in discussions with a wide range of companies, from startups established on an open innovation basis to AI companies that have already established a certain scale. We believe that the synergy between consulting and innovation will speed up the Services cycle and lead to significant growth.

― Is there anything you would like to try in the future?

We are considering developing solutions that use the power of AI to automate the consulting Services. If we can automate agents with AI, we will be able to provide services to companies with challenges in areas that have been difficult to reach until now. We can also see methods of downsizing services and providing them as SaaS for small and medium-sized enterprises that we have not been able to provide consulting services to until now due to cost. We hope to further grow the INTLOOP Group by creating a Services model that allows us to provide services that are tailored to each of Japan’s more than 3 million companies.
