Entry
Please register and apply through the INTLOOP Group recruitment form, select the strategic consulting position, and attend the company information session.

Document screening
Please submit an entry form.

Interviews (3 times) + aptitude test
There will be a total of three interviews, including an aptitude test and a final interview. After the final interview, there may be an interview with an employee.

Job offer
If you pass the final selection, you will be offered a position.
Education system
Practical human resource development developed independently by consultants.

FAQ
Are qualifications a consideration during the selection process?
There is no requirement for specific qualifications.
Of course, the possession of certain qualifications may be used as a reference when assessing an individual’s characteristics.
Can I apply even if I have already graduated or am a recent graduate?
Yes, we also accept applications from those who have already graduated or have recently graduated.
Do you employ foreign nationals? Are they affiliated with your company?
Yes, some of our new graduates are not Japanese nationals.
Are there any projects where I can utilize my language skills?
Yes, we are actively recruiting people with language skills.
This will be useful in a wide range of areas, including creating documents and holding meetings, as well as supporting our future overseas expansion.
Can young people get involved in areas other than consulting (such as investment)?
Yes, it is possible. Please discuss this with your supervisor and we hope you will gain a variety of experiences.

In principle, recruitment is conducted throughout the year, so there is no clear time limit.
However, once the number of applicants has been reached, recruitment may end for that fiscal year.
